Biography

Robert Frank is a versatile businessman with a passion for recreational sports. From building executive urban golf courses to purchasing the largest quantity of T-Mobile data cards in Germany for use in vending machines to realizing the business potential from a simple product like popcorn or a handmade shoe line that hadn't existed for thirty years, Robert has consistently executed innovative and creative concepts with profitable results.

Robert's success can be directly attributed to his original inventive thinking, unwavering focus, and ability to leverage contacts. His interpersonal and relationship building skills enable him to get to the heart of issues and find solutions that others buy into. It's this kind of approach that helped him to build 6 golf courses in Germany in just five years. To accomplish this monumental task, Robert had to expedite approvals from 45 different departments in just one year when the process would typically take five to eight.

Early in his career, when he witnessed Gianni Versace serving refreshments to his showroom staff and clients, Robert vowed that he wanted to be the kind of leader for whom no job was too small. Robert became the youngest president of a golf club in Germany in 1997 and was inducted into the Who's Who International in 2003; yet, no matter what his projects or job titles have been, Robert has demonstrated that he does whatever it takes to reach goals. His enthusiasm and vision have made things happen while his accountability and logical and analytical thinking have made them work well.

Brand building and product management are central themes in Robert's professional experience. He made GolfRange the largest professional working golf company in Germany and Austria with the positioning of “Golf for Everybody” and locations near major cities.

Whether negotiating multimillion dollar contracts, obtaining venture capital, or writing business plans, Robert has valuable experience. Committed to honing his international business acumen, Robert is currently earning an International Executive MBA.

Robert's international career has taken him from his native Germany to Italy, Spain, Austria, Switzerland and the United States and he speaks five languages.

After selling IPM - International Popcorn Management, the business that he founded and grew to market leadership, Robert relocated to Spain.

In his leisure time, Robert enjoys waterskiing, diving, boating, and travelling.
