As Sales and Marketing Consultant, charged with building executive golf courses inside horse racing facilities in major cities in Germany.
Action
- Managed construction of golf course on the infield of a racing track in Munich while simultaneously leading the sales and marketing efforts of charger memberships.
- Hired new staff and rented the club restaurant.
Results
- Resolved complex construction challenges to complete project ahead of schedule and within budget.
- Developed Franchise plan for international expansion of Paragon Golf Akademie.
- Executed first-ever deal with Lloyds of London to insure the start of the racing season related to the construction of a tunnel under the race track with a $2 million risk.
